Background: Spinal cord injury is not only caused by trauma but also non-trauma, such as spinal epidural abscess (SEA). Tuberculous SEA a rare infectious disorder, delayed diagnosis associated with morbidity and mortality. The problems of tuberculous infection neurological deficit, axial back pain, pathological fracture, deformity, socioeconomic psychogenic problem. There are few cases Mycobacterium tuberculosis, mostly Staphylococcus aureus decreasing body’s defense mechanism deficiency vitamin D. This study aimed to evaluate the recovery non-traumatic tuberculosis D that treated an adjuvant. Case Report: A 31-year-old female came orthopedic clinic paraparesis ASIA grade C, deformity for three months, levels 15.5 ng/ml. MRI showed at level 10th-11th thoracic vertebrae, spondylodiscitis vertebrae accompanied paraspinal 8th 1st lumbar vertebra. was confirmed cultured histopathological examination. treatment surgery, followed anti-TB drugs daily 5000 IU one year.
